1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Progressive Web App (PWA) and website (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If you do not agree to these terms, or if you are under the legal age, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

2. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure (EU AI Act Compliance)

All visual content provided through this Service is synthetically generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI). In accordance with the EU AI Act (2024/2026), users are hereby notified that the images displayed are NOT photographs of real persons. They are artistic, algorithmic outputs curated for creative expression.

3. Fictional Character Statement

All characters depicted in the artworks are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. No real human models were utilized, photographed, or scanned in the creation of these images. This Service complies with the spirit of international record-keeping standards (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257) by asserting the non-human, synthetic nature of all depictions.

4. Age Verification & Access

Access to this Service requires successful age verification. You agree to provide truthful information for the purpose of verifying your adult status. We utilize third-party verification services to ensure compliance with regional laws (e.g., UK Online Safety Act, US State Mandates). We do not store your sensitive identity documents on our private servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated images, the curation thereof, and the software interface of the PWA are the property of the Artist. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not scrape, redistribute, or use these images to train other AI models without express written consent.

6. Prohibited Content and Uses

We do not practise censorship of lawful adult artistic content. We do not allow pornographic content or any illegal content. You may not post, upload, or share pornographic content or content that is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction. "Illegal content" includes, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualisation of minors; violent sexual content (e.g. rape, sexual torture, or other criminal sexual violence); non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real persons; or any other material that violates criminal or civil law. Such content will be removed, and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

You can report posts that you believe violate these rules or our guidelines. We will review reports and notify you of the outcome (e.g. whether the post was removed or found not to violate our guidelines).

You also agree NOT to use this Service to:

• Circumvent age-gate security measures.
• Redistribute content to minors.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Artist and Host make no warranties regarding the uptime or specific content of the site. To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, we are not liable for any psychological distress or legal consequences arising from your access to erotic artistic materials.

8. Privacy and GDPR

As this Service is hosted in Bulgaria (EU), your data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the minimum data necessary for account creation and age verification. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
