Terms of Use and Service

By accessing this Progressive Web App (PWA) and website (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If you do not agree to these terms, or if you are under the legal age, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

FIG is an adult art community. Founding artists and paying members may publish images, short video, and original audio. Fans may view, comment, and follow. Lawful adult sexual art, nudity, war, and violence belong here. FIG is not a pornographic hosting service and is not a host for illegal content.

Access requires truthful age verification. We use third-party verification where the law requires it (for example the UK Online Safety Act and certain US state rules). We do not store your identity documents on our servers. You may not circumvent the age gate or share this Service with minors.

Viewing is free. Posting requires a founding artist account or a membership of €6 per year. That payment buys one year of posting from the payment date, then a 14-day grace. During grace we ask you to renew; you can still post. After grace your account becomes a fan account. You may still log in, view, comment, and follow; posts you already published stay up; new posts are off until you pay again. The €6 is the full price (FIG absorbs processing fees). It is non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Payment is taken on DSK Bank's page (Visa or Mastercard). FIG never sees or stores card details.

You keep the copyright in what you upload. You grant FIG a worldwide licence to host, display, and store that content so the Service can work, until you delete it or we remove it under these terms. You are the publisher of your uploads. FIG hosts them; we are not the producer of member content.

You warrant that you have the right to publish what you upload (including that you own or are licensed to publish any recording), that every person depicted is 18 or older (or the age of majority where higher), and that the work is not non-consensual intimate imagery or an intimate deepfake of a real person. Photographs and video of real people are allowed when they are lawful. Do not upload a commercial music catalogue you do not have the right to publish.

We delete content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights, and we may suspend or permanently ban the account that uploaded it.

Some works on FIG are made with AI. Some are photographs, film, or other human-made art. We do not claim that all visual content is synthetic or that no real persons appear. Where a work is AI-generated, treat it as such. Where it is a photograph or film of a real person, the rules in section 5 apply.

We do not practise taste-censorship of lawful adult art. You may not post, upload, or share content that is illegal, including: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualisation of minors; violent sexual crime (for example rape or sexual torture); non-consensual intimate imagery or intimate deepfakes of real persons; or any other material that violates criminal or civil law. Satanic worship and ritual advocacy are not allowed. Dark art, horror, and war imagery are. Harassment and spam are not allowed.

We will remove prohibited content and may suspend or permanently ban accounts. We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it. Details and report reasons are in our Community Guidelines.

You can report posts. We review reports and notify you of the outcome. FIG hosts user posts and acts when we are notified or otherwise become aware of a violation.

Artist-owned works remain the property of that artist. Member uploads remain the property of that member, subject to the licence in section 5. The software and interface of the Service are ours. You may not scrape the Service or use works from it to train other AI models without express written consent.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding uptime or specific content. To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, we are not liable for psychological distress or legal consequences arising from your access to adult artistic materials or from content published by other users.

The Service is hosted in Bulgaria (EU). Your data is handled under the GDPR. We collect what is needed to run accounts, verify age, take membership payment, and keep the Service safe. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The current version is posted on the Service. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
